Returns + Care
We have a lovely size guide and fab customer service to make sure you get your perfect fit and here you are enquiring about returns ;) Don’t worry we feel you and it happens to us all + your mum / lover / friend don’t always get our sizes just right. We still love them for trying. We’ll happily accept returns if the fit just isn’t quite right and you would like to exchange your babe for a different size or style, because lets be honest sometimes we thought we were thinking all lace and pink but really we knew we were a black bra babe. What you will need to do is have your intimates returned to us within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, unworn & unwashed. • Please note you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns & exchanges. We recommend making sure your parcel has a tracking number.
What are you doing here cutie?
In the very unlikely event your garment is flawed please email us a.s.a.p. with your order number + an image of the flaw and we’ll get back to you pronto! Please note this doesn’t include normal wear and tear and we recommend checking out our Care tab to make sure you look after your babies right. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on any of our knickers for hygiene purposes. You are also always welcome to pop in to our studio if you need a little customisation done, such as a strap made tighter etc – we love to help!
Email us at email@example.com to arrange an exchange
Due to our designs being limited and selling out quickly if we do not have your same design in your requested size we will offer you a full refund or you can, of course, select another design to the same value.
And your happiness is our happiness babe.
It is advised to hand wash your intimates in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and lay flat to dry. We recommend a very mild soap - baby soap is best!
If you are a babe on the go and the washing machine is your best friend, we feel you but your intimates won't be loving you! If you must machine wash them, best to put them in on a cold wash with very mild detergent and in a laundry bag. *Please make sure you do not mix colours in the wash. Did you just mention hanging it over a heater or throwing them in a tumble dryer? Oh heeelll no babe! This is a quick way to make your bralette lose all of it's everything that makes it a bralette. :( Best to lay it flat or gently on a washing line out of direct sunlight.
*A beautiful customer had her 3 year old spill paint on her one bralette's strap (oopsie) thankfully she was in Cape Town and visited our studio where we replaced the strap for her - because life happens and we are here for you boo.
