Cape Town local and our current Nette Rose #girlcrush
"I was born in Worcester, went to high school in Somerset West and have been living in Cape Town ever since I started studying at UCT. I completed a diploma in Patisserie (making pastry) and then went on to complete a BA Humanities degree, with a double major in French and Spanish. I am a pastry chef, all-round food lover, traveller, writer, aspiring musician and photographer. "

What is your favourite place you have ever visited in/around cape town?

'I really love exploring the mountains we are so lucky to be surrounded by. I love hiking up to the top of Table Mountain – the views are of course amazing!

So, What’s next on your bucket list?

Travelling to every continent on this planet – North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and Antarctica. North America, Europe and Africa are already crossed off, so now on to South America, Asia, Australia and Antarctica!

What is your favourite way to relax?

I love to cook. Choosing the recipe, finding the ingredients and creating the dish are all part of quite a meditative process.

Did we mention she's a pastry chef, fluent in French, Spanish and learning Japanese.

we'll just be here speaking our one language munching on our chouquette.

Ok, who are these cuties?

All 5 of them (yes 5!) are Boston Terriers. We have Hector, Harriet, Ava, Dale and Gertrude. They belong to my house mate Britt.
